Richie raced at belleville this past friday with mother natures blessing!! The night started off with a terrible draw as he drew number 64 and that put him in the third row of the second heat. The race started off with our usual bad luck as Richie and Bob Gieschel got together comming off of turn two with Bob getting into the wall.Richie was able to continue with no damage and finished a respectable fourth place in the heat.Richie started the feature in the 11th position and moved slowly up to finish a good 8th place as there were a lot of yellows and we were set up for some long runs but never got them.Up next is this friday the 18th at Belleville with a thirty lap feature. |

It was a good weekend of racing for Richie and Rick this past week.Richie started the weekend of with a second place finish in his heat race at Belle-Clair speedway with 34 Latemodels in the pits. The second place Finish put Richie on the outside of the third row for the A-main where he finished with a 5th place on a very racy track.
The next night Rick took over driving duties in the latemodel where we went to mighty Macon Speedway for the big ten series race. Rick had an outstanding night with an overall fast time in qualifications then he went on to win both his heat race and the A-main.Next up was Shepp's Speedway where Rick finished third in both the heat and the A-main.
Next on the schedule for Richie is Friday may 28th at Belleville.Rick will be racing at Shepps on sunday and macon on monday.we are not sure where we are racing at on saturday but probably at Peoria. |

For Jeremy racing started off at farmington, MO on Saturday. Â Jeremy finished 3rd in the heat, putting him 4th row inside of the feature. Â Unfortunately the front wing broke and Jeremy was able to hold on to 11th place finish. Â Jeremy and crew loaded up and headed to Quincy IL on Sunday. Â The night started out good with Jeremy qualifying 3rd fast. Â Finished 4th in the heat and started 4th row once again in the feature.
Â
With the track being so slick, it became follow the leader by lap 3 of the feature when it started to lay down rubber. Â On the white flag lap the yellow flag came out, with Jeremy lining up in the 6th position on the restart. Â Jeremy gave it all he had and over took 5th place on the restart. Â Once we returned to the pits the tires were gone and down to the cords. Â So over all a good weekend and Jeremy gets his first top 5 finish of the year. Â Hopefully on better finishes to come.
Â
I got to say that the car was good and i got to thank my dad and brother for all the hard work this weekend. |
